Riccardo has over than 30 years of experience as a business lawyer.
He acted on many corporate transactions advising industrial groups, financial investors, family businesses buying and selling companies in Italy and in many jurisdictions around the world (literally in all continents).
Before starting BW Legal, Riccardo has been a partner at Osborne Clarke for more than 25 years and the managing partner of the Italian offices for more than 15 years.
Riccardo has been a board member of many private companies.
