BW Legal with Autotorino in the establishment of ATFlow

Autotorino, one of the leading automotive dealers in Italy, also active in Poland, has established ATFlow, a company dedicated to the import and distribution of new automotive brands.

BW Legal Law Firm, with lawyer Alberto Passera, assisted Autotorino in the start-up activities of ATFlow, including the negotiation and signing of agreements with car manufacturers XPeng, KG Mobility, and Ineos, as well as in the creation of networks of authorized dealers and repairers in Italy, and in the negotiation and signing of ancillary agreements related to the distribution of the aforementioned brands.
