The above rights may be exercised by submitting an informal request to the data controller or one of the data processors, including through a designated representative. The request may also be sent by registered letter or email to <a href=\"mailto:info@bwlegal.it\" title=\"Send an email\">info@bwlegal.it<\/a>.  \n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <br\/>\n                        <strong>\n Processing performed and purposes:\n                        <\/strong>\n                        <p>\n The following personal and identification data will be collected for the contact person who will interface with our company:\n\t                    <\/p>\n                        \n                        <ul>\n\t                        <li>1.1 Company name of the company or service center, identity of the association, name and surname of the sole proprietorship;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>1.2 Address of registered office, operational headquarters or local units;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>1.3 Name and surname of the legal representative, managers, employees or workers;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>1.4 Credit institutions with which you have relationships and the related bank details;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>1.5 Switchboard, extension and fax telephone numbers;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>1.6 Institutional and direct email addresses;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>1.7 Documentation relating to websites developed on behalf of clients.<\/li>\n\t                    <\/ul>\n\n                        <br\/>\n                        <strong>\n The data will be processed for the following purposes:\n                        <\/strong>\n                        <p>\n\t                        <span class=\"bold\">CLIENTS<\/span>\n\t                    <\/p>\n                        \n                        <ul>\n\t                        <li>a) Management of customer relationships, data acquisition in the case of provision of services, supply of products, data acquisition for financing, rental or leasing of equipment and software;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>b) Verification of customer satisfaction with the services offered by <span class=\"bold\">BW Legal Studio Legale<\/span>, through personal interviews and the sending of questionnaires by fax, post, or email;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>c) Promotion of products or services offered by <span class=\"bold\">BW Legal Studio Legale<\/span>, exchange of communications relating to the company&#8217;s economic, administrative, and commercial activities;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>d) Sending advertising material about the services or products offered by <span class=\"bold\">BW Legal Studio Legale<\/span> by fax, post, or email;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>e) Promotion of events such as workshops, conferences, and fairs where <span class=\"bold\">BW Legal Studio Legale<\/span> organizes or participates;<\/li>\n\t                        <li>f) Issuing transport documents, invoices and credit notes, maintaining ordinary and VAT accounting, managing collections and payments.<\/li>\n                        <\/ul>\n\n                        <br\/>\n                        <p><span class=\"bold underline\">Providing the above personal<\/span> data is not mandatory. The data will then be recorded and collected at <span class=\"bold\">BW Legal Studio Legale<\/span>, with operational headquarters at Via Dante 7, 20123 Milan. The data will be processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Code and stored in a manner that ensures confidentiality and prevents its destruction or use by third parties outside of <span class=\"bold\">BW Legal Studio Legale<\/span>. <br\/><br\/> Data processing will be carried out manually (for example, on paper) and\/or through automated tools (for example, using electronic procedures and media), with logic related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data, protected by devices and antivirus software that prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing the data.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <br\/>\n                        <strong>\n Data communication and scope of dissemination:\n                        <\/strong>\n\n                        <p>\n The data may be disclosed to the following categories of entities used to perform certain activities related to the provision of its services: Accounting firms for accounting\/tax compliance; Business, tax, and legal consulting firms or companies; Banks for payments; Law firms in the event of litigation; Public Administration for legally required communications; Companies that provide services related to the activity for which you have contacted us and that partially or fully complement the services offered, such as post offices, freight forwarders, and couriers. The data will not be transferred abroad. \n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <br\/>\n                        <strong>\n Storage Time:\n                        <\/strong>\n\n                        <p>The data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above, in compliance with the law, and for the period corresponding to fiscal, accounting, and administrative needs, and to document our business.<\/p>\n\n                        <br\/>\n                        <strong>\n Rights of the interested party:\n                        <\/strong>\n\n                        <p>\n Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of European Regulation 679\/2016, you are recognized and guaranteed the full right to: request from the Data Controller access to your personal data and its rectification or erasure, or to limit or object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability.
